Would you like to meet your wonderful neighbors and share a sweet day with our Boulder community?

Lighten your load by sharing your junk that might be someone else’s treasure?

Help the environment by keeping reusable items out of the landfill?

Let your kiddos host a well-attended lemonade stand or bake sale, or have a pop-up shop for your homemade crafts or art?

Fantastic - join us!

Please fill out this simple form to register for the 2025 sale or to join our mailing list for future years!

In addition to selling used household items, we love it when people sign up to host a lemonade or coffee stand, sell homemade pies or handmade jewelry, play music, or even offer chair massages on their lawn. Many people also host fundraisers connected to their sales, which is wonderful!

Please share this form with your neighbors, especially people who are newer to the neighborhood!

There is an $8 registration fee per household, which is truly helpful. It supports advertising and web hosting, and puts your sale on the official map. Lindsay also creates a public list with the kinds of items that each home is offering so people know where to go for what they seek! There are two options for payment:

  • Via Venmo - @Moving-Presence (there's a picture of Lindsay with a bowtie).

  • Drop off cash, or a check made out to Lindsay Sworski, in the mailbox at 823 Maxwell Ave. (The house with the big above-ground veggie gardens in front.)

The final date to register and make payment in order to get on the public map is five days before the event: Monday, August 18th, 2025. But please do register ASAP so we have a sense of how many homes are participating. Thank you in advance!

We’re so happy to keep this beloved Boulder tradition alive, and big thanks to longtime Mapleton Hill resident Kelly Wyatt for getting it going and making it awesome for so many years!

We're really looking forward to rummaging with you all again this August! It takes a village!

With summer warmth,
Lindsay Sworski & Sandy Briggs

P.S. We're working to reinstate a donation pick-up truck after the sale and will let participants know if we’re able to make those arrangements.
